Subj: COAST GUARD  LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT POLICY STATEMENT -008/08

1.  The Commandant has issued a new Leadership Development Policy Statement
(similar in appearance and format of the Auxiliary Policy Statement).
Auxiliary involvement in its development was spearheaded by Commodore Carol
Urgola.  

2.  A bulk shipment of hard copies will be sent to the Auxiliary National
Supply Center in the next few weeks for further distribution to Flotillas
and national Auxiliary leaders.  The statement can also be found at the

3.     The purpose of this list is to keep Auxiliarists as well as all other
interested parties abreast of current developments, policies, manuals, etc.
All information contained herein and linked is OFFICIAL policy and
information.
