Subj: CHIEF DIRECTOR'S OFFICE EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE SUPPORT -014/07

1.  The Chief Director's office (CG-3PCX) provides considerable funding
support in terms of FedEx and DHL express mail service for a wide variety of
Auxiliary materials.  This entails the obligation of Coast Guard funds.  

2.  Only the Chief Director's office can authorize use of its FedEx and DHL
express mail accounts.

3.  Use of the account numbers or associated accounting data for either of
these express mail services by anyone outside the Chief Director's office is
prohibited.  

4.  Any questions about FedEx or DHL express mail services provided by the
Chief Director's office should be directed to Ms. Saprina Shomari, CG-3PCX-1
/ Saprina.j.shomari at uscg.mil / (202) 372-1262.

5. The purpose of this list is to keep Auxiliarists as well as all other
interested parties abreast of current developments, policies, manuals, etc.
