- Please do
not use HTML mail when subscribing/un-subscribing. The List
Manager software chokes on this type of e-mail during administrative
processes.
- Once a month,
on the first day of the month, a reminder e-mail will be sent.
This reminder will give you your password to the CHDIRUAX-L list.
Use this password to modify or unsubscribe from the list ( if
you loose your password, you can request it again - see Step
by Step Instructions on Unsubscribing).
This
E-mail DOES NOT request any information nor does it require
any action on your part. It is for your informational purposes
only.
- If you
no longer have access to the old e-mail address, just subscribe,
the Mail List Software will delete your old address from the system.
(We would prefer you unsubscribe, as it reduces the load on our
server, and bandwidth consumption).
- Given the
sheer numbers of interested parties on the CHDIRAUX mailing list
(as of 1/1/03, there were over 6,100 members), individual
attention can only be given to those who document difficulties
in UN-subscribing.
Auxiliary members encountering problems are urged to speak
with their Flotilla Staff Officers for Information Services (FSO-IS)
or Communication Services (FSO-CS) for assistance.
